The PolarisWorld Wiki is a website devoted to my world-building concepts and ideas. These ideas have been evolving sine 2006, and they have steadily outgrown their previous homes on a geocities website, and then the Nations of War website. Much of the conceptual development now occurs on this Wiki, as new ideals can be easily linked to other pages, assisting me in explaining my fictional cultures and societies.

Since commencing the project, another fantasy world developer has joined me in creating societies and characters. If you visit the website, you will see links to his work under the title "The Alliance of the Mainland".

The world building began when friends of mine started to write their own fantasy fiction. I wanted to create a back-story to their civilizations, including ancient history and mythical tales. From there it has developed into histories and cultures for seven tribes, a multitude of lore snippets and mythical creature concepts.
